Lloyd's Brexit Part 7 Transfer Notice

Lloyd’s is proposing to transfer certain EEA insurance policies to Lloyd’s Brussels. The proposed transfer will not change terms and conditions of any policy, except that Lloyd’s Brussels will become the insurer and Data Controller in respect of the transferred policies.

Premia Managing Agency Limited (“PMAL”) provides risk-transfer and run-off solutions for other Lloyd’s syndicates and capital providers. It is responsible for managing the run-off of Syndicate 1884 for the Year of Account 2018, following cessation of live market underwriting on 31 December 2018.

PMAL is a subsidiary of Premia Holdings Ltd, a Bermuda based legacy reinsurance group with operations in the USA, Bermuda, UK and EU.
