Timothy Barrett (Board Member)

Mr. Barrett has served as Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Investment Officer for the Texas Tech University System since 2013 and is responsible for managing the investments of the Endowment Fund. He previously served as Director, Pension Investments Worldwide for Kodak, where he was responsible for managing the investments of  its    defined benefit, defined contribution and hybrid plans globally. Prior to Kodak, he was Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer for the San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association for nearly a decade. Mr. Barrett has expertise in all facets of asset allocation, investment structuring, manager selection, monitoring, due diligence, operations, and financial reporting. Mr. Barrett received a B.S.B.A. from the University of Montana and a M.S.B.A. in Business Administration – Financial and Tax Planning from San Diego State University. Mr. Barrett is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
