Premia Holdings Ltd. was founded in Bermuda in 2017 with over $500 million of capital. The group has grown significantly since then and now operates through a number of insurance platforms including its flagship reinsurer being Premia Reinsurance Ltd. The company’s multi-disciplinary executive team helps organizations achieve finality by providing insurance and reinsurance solutions for run-off liabilities.
