Colin is the Managing Director of European Operations and CEO of Premia Managing Agency Ltd. at Lloyd's. Colin has over 28 of experience in the London insurance market. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and board member at Arthur J Gallagher, UK. Colin Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for Marsh UK and  Before joining Premia in August 2020, Mr. Grint served as Chief Executive Officer of two Lloyd’s Managing Agencies of Capita plc and then Charles Taylor plc.
